The Institute of Magnetism invites you to study for a doctorate (a.k.a. habilitation) in the following specialties: 01.04.02 "Theoretical Physics" and 01.04.11 "Magnetics".

Doctoral studies require candidates to complete their own original scientific research, the summary of which is presented in a thesis (scientific report) with the scientific results obtained, which provide solutions of an important theoretical or applied problem, are of national or global relevance, and are published in scientific journals in accordance with the requirements set by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Doctoral studies at the Institute are carried out: 
− for Ukrainian citizens − under budget funding (a governmental order);
− for foreigners and stateless persons − on the basis of international agreements of Ukraine; national programs of countries of origin; on a commercial basis at the expense of legal entities and individuals.  

The standard duration of doctoral studies is two years.
